Job Description
- Handle clients inquiries and provide information
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Process clients orders and follow up
- Coordinate with logistics teams
- Maintain clients records and update sales databases
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Follow up on payments and assist in account reconciliation
- Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to requests promptly
