About the Role

This is a dynamic, dual-function position. This role will be both customer-facing and back-end operations of our thrift store.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Clerk Duties:
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, including greeting customers and answering questions.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions (cash, credit/debit), and manage end-of-day reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Production Worker Duties:
• Sort, clean, and categorize donated items (clothing, housewares, electronics, etc.).
• Inspect items for quality and determine their suitability for sale.
