Sales / Business Development Manager (Medical Device)

Exciting role for a hands‑on regional medical device sales professional to join a young company, early enough to shape the commercial playbook, with the clinical validation and funding already behind you. Role

• Drive Sales
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first call to contract close — across hospitals and ENT/surgical clinics
  • Build and protect key relationships with surgeons, clinical procurement, and hospital administrators
  • Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training on‑site
• Open New Markets
  • Identify and break into new accounts, segments, and geographies across SEA and APAC
  • Lead tender submissions and government procurement engagement
