Job Description

Responsible for supporting a Unit Manager by leading and developing a team of financial consultants, helping them achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and guide existing clients towards meeting their financial goals through various insurance products, all while reporting to the Unit Manager and assisting with daily operations within their designated unit.
