Responsibilities
- Achieve individual target tonnage (Tonnage Performance Tonnage)
- Monitor sales quotations, sales orders, tonnage, conversion rates, and top customer performance
- Achieve individual target conversion rate (sales quotation-to-invoice conversion rate)
- Sell the company’s products and services by assisting customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, SMS, and Viber
- Achieve individual target buying accounts by maintaining consistent ordering from top accounts and key drivers to propel business growth
- Achieve individual target for newly opened accounts by closing transactions with first-time buyers and new customers to generate additional volume
- Achieve individual target win-back accounts by reviving inactive clients and engaging them to renew long-term partnerships
