Sales Associate (Luxury Retail)

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Sales Associate to join our mono-brand boutique. This is a mid-level role suited for someone who is hungry to grow, passionate about watches, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will represent a modern, independent Swiss watch brand built on the spirit of “My Life, My Way” –engaging clients through authentic storytelling, strong clienteling, and memorable brand experiences.

• Drive sales performance by achieving key KPIs such as revenue, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rates
• Deliver personalised, engaging customer experiences that reflect the brand’s DNA
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Present Swiss watchmaking concepts, products, and brand stories confidently to clients
