Senior Relationship Manager – Sales Associate II

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Retiree Benefits team at Victor in the new position of Senior Relationship Manager. This hybrid role will be based in Mississauga, Ontario with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Use digital and telemarketing channels and marketing communications to engage prospects and generate new business.
• Conduct monthly business performance analysis and develop strategies to drive growth.
• Create and deliver sales proposals, presentations, webinars, videos, newsletters, and partner communications tailored to complex prospect needs.
• Perform market and industry research to identify targets for new relationships and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
