Job Description
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with identifying their needs and preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, offering alternatives, and cross‑selling or upselling products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, ongoing promotions, and brand initiatives.
