Key Responsibilities
- Sales performance & customer service:
- Contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Assist clients with high‑standard customer service.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Adapt approach to client needs and motivations.
- Assist and support after‑sales clients per Maison values.
- Stock management and merchandising:
- Provide feedback on processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
- Actively participate in visual merchandising, including floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Assist in inventory processes, including stock counting and special projects.
- Assist in completing price changes within the boutique when required.
