Job Description
- Promote and sell computer and IT products by explaining features and benefits to customers
- Demonstrate product functionality and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair laptops or other IT equipment
- Perform hardware set-up, software installation, and configuration
- Assist customers with technical concerns and provide proper solutions
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure excellent service
Qualifications
- Open to IT graduates, vocational course graduates, or High School graduates
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- NC II – Computer Hardware Servicing (preferred but not required)
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (advantage but not required)
