Sales and Service Engineer-Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth and Customer Relationships: Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to existing and prospective customers while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide Technical Service and Field Support: Deliver on‑site support including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, inspections, and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
• Manage Accounts, Territory, and Sales Pipeline: Plan and execute customer visits, manage assigned accounts/territories, oversee lead generation activities, manage portals, and ensure achievement of sales and service targets.
• Develop Market Opportunities and Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with customers, OEMs, workshops, and industry stakeholders to influence specifications, secure service and spares contracts, generate project leads, and expand market presence.
