Sales and Marketing Officer

1. Build Brand Awareness / Grow Market Share of Assigned Brand

• Conduct semi-annual surveys with the target market through a 3rd party survey company (Tangere).


• Develop a marketing plan: Create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) plan based on brand market and consumer insight.


• Ensure each campaign is cost-efficient and generates a good ROI.


• Execute marketing campaigns: Coordinate with the creative team for the development of campaign materials (digital and print).


• Work with the marketing coordinator for production.


• Coordinate with trade sales marketing for allocation and distribution of campaign materials.


• Monitor campaign implementation with trade sales marketing.


• Ensure product placement per area: Coordinate and plan with trade sales marketing to saturate and place products in all existing stores within the area.
