About the Job

This role reports to the Partner.

• Create new commercial pipelines and manage brand positioning to accelerate firm development.
• Cultivate meaningful, long‑term alliances with real estate agencies, property developers, and banking institutions.
• Coordinate with internal legal experts to design and implement client‑acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee the complete conversion funnel from initial engagement to formal onboarding.
• Analyse market developments and competitor landscapes to uncover fresh commercial paths.
