You will be working at a plating equipment sales company, providing mechanical and electrical after-sales service.


- Prepare quotations and arrange spare parts as part of desk work (approximately 80% of duties).
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure stable machine operation.
- Investigate and repair failures or malfunctions, and provide improvement proposals.
- Support customers through technical inquiries and spare parts supply.
- Conduct on-site tasks such as installation, adjustment, and operation training (approximately 20% of duties).
- Other tasks from the Manager.
