Sales Agent (Real Estate)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Manage the full sales and rental process from inquiry to closing.
• Conduct property viewings and professional presentations.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and investors.
• Follow up with company leads and convert them into successful transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide excellent after‑sales service.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Additional language is a strong advantage: Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Russian, Italian, or Chinese.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
