Job Description

Sales agents over Chat at RUI are responsible for receiving messages from existing and new customers regarding Internet services. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast‑paced and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and forge relationships with new customers.
• Comfortable taking inbound chats and calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regain customers.
• Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
• Solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers.
