Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and maintain daily/weekly sales data and records
  • Prepare and issue Sales Invoices (SI) and Delivery Receipts (DR)
  • Track sales performance, inventory movement, and documentation accuracy
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Maintain updated aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Prepare basic financial and operational reports for management
  • Coordinate administrative documentation and internal communication across teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in sales administration, accounting, or administrative support
