Job Description

At Factorial we’re looking for a new Founding Account Executive for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Factorial IT Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of building and scaling our new IT business line from 0 to €10M ARR, you’ll be in charge of owning the full sales cycle, closing new business or expanding existing customers, and helping define our go‑to‑market strategy.

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal.
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer IT, device, and SaaS management needs.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and consultative sales presentations.

  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy.
