Job Description
Sale Executive (E-Commerce and Retail Shop) Scope of Work
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service in e-commerce and shop.
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other equipment to process customer purchases.
- Handle sales transactions, operate cash registers, scanners and ensure proper accounting for money and orders.
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and front-faced.
- Assist in unloading product deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Stock checking and ordering prior to low stock level.
- Responsible for product ordering, receiving and inventory updating.
- Manage e-commerce orders, print air ways for stock picking, customer chatting and replying.
- Upload and unload stock for picking and packing e-commerce orders Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Shopify.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
