Job Responsibilities
As a Salaried GP, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to diverse local communities, assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. You will support patients through routine and urgent care, preventative healthcare, long‑term condition management and complex care planning, helping to improve health outcomes and patient experience.
Working within EMIS Web and alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to continuity of care through clinical decision‑making, prescribing, referrals, follow‑up and collaborative treatment planning.
