Job Description
We know that workload matters. Our standard face‑to‑face GP sessions are structured to support safe, manageable working, with 10 × 15‑minute appointments, 4 protected follow‑up telephone slots, and 1 hour 10 minutes of administration time built into each clinic session.
You will be joining a highly skilled and genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists, frailty specialists, results nurses, a mental health nurse, social prescribers, trainees and experienced administrative colleagues. This team‑based approach helps reduce unnecessary GP workload and allows our doctors to focus on delivering excellent patient care.
