• Update and monitor medication plan
• Summaries of medication permits and evidence
• Monitor medication administration
• Consult in nursing matters
• Share information and orient on healthcare topics
• Maintain medication cabinet and conduct self‑monitoring
• Coordinate overall health and nursing care for residents
• Observe and assess health status
• Act as hygiene responsible within the unit
• Deliver general nursing care and guidance to residents
• Contribute to unit operations and collaborate with team members
