Sagamok Lottery Coordinator Role

Lead charitable gaming operations as a Lottery Coordinator in the Sagamok Anishnawbek community. Your organizational skills will ensure compliance and smooth functioning of bingo and gaming events.
This key role within the Finance Department requires a motivated and detail-oriented Lottery Coordinator. You will oversee bingo operations, monitor compliance with the Provincial Gaming Control Act, and manage financial reporting and inventory. Your expertise will ensure transparent and effective management of charitable gaming activities that support community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily charitable gaming operations and compliance
• Maintain records and manage accounts payable
• Coordinate volunteer training and support for bingo events
• Prepare financial summary reports after bingo sessions
• Ensure submission of reports to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission
