We are looking for an experienced Safety Trainer to join our team. This role is on the direct payroll of Chola MS Risk Services Limited (part of the Murugappa Group). Position: Safety Trainer Experience: Minimum 7 years Oil & Gas Experience: Minimum 2 years (mandatory) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Locations: Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Delhi & Odisha Key Responsibilities: Deliver Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) training programs to employees Conduct on-field safety observations focusing on employee behaviors Provide handholding support to employees for implementing BBS practices Coach and guide teams to identify and correct unsafe behaviors Drive behavioral change initiatives to improve overall safety culture Track and analyze BBS observation data and share insights Preferred Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills Hands-on experience in O&G safety practices Experience in BBS implementation and behavioral safety programs Ability to travel and manage multi-lo...
