Safety trainer cum inspector

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver safety training programmes to client employees, supervisors and management across multiple industries and site types.
• Conduct courses including Fire Safety, Emergency Response, general safety awareness, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work (PTW), Electrical safety, scaffolding, etc.
• Develop customized training materials and e-learning content tailored to client operations and site-specific hazards.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates of completion and manage training matrices for client organizations and proper coordination.
• Conduct third-party inspections as per ENAS EIAC regulations in specific scopes.
• Assist in HSE audits and compliance assessments.
• Identify business development opportunities across the client base and report to senior management.
