Job Description
This Safety Manager role leads site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs within a growing medical manufacturing facility. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce risk as the site expands operations and output.
Responsibilities
Lead site-wide safety management and serve as the primary owner of the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program for the manufacturing facility.
Participate as a key member of the Site Leadership Team and provide strategic guidance on safety, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs aligned with OSHA regulations and other applicable standards.
Drive a proactive safety culture focused on hazard identification, risk reduction, and behavior-based safety rather than reactive incident response.
