Safety & Health Supervisor – High-Rise Construction (Green Book Holder)

Responsibilities

• Manage health, safety, and environmental compliance programs for high‑rise building developments.
• Utilize your active DOSH registration status within a stable main contractor environment.
• Employment security supported by a Group with a healthy national construction backlog.
• Prepare, review, and control the site‑specific Project Safety and Health Plan.
• Conduct daily site inspections of workflows, worker practices, and equipment parameters.
• Facilitate weekly toolbox briefings and monthly site safety committee meeting schedules.
• Compile accident statistics and lost‑time reports directly for the Project Manager.
• Ensure site operations comply with standard ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks.
• Investigate and report safety incidents, dangerous occurrences, or near‑miss events factually.
