Job Description
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Safety Coordinator:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with the Safety Management System and WSH regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance with the site Permit-to-Work system; stop and report any incompatible or unsafe works to the Safety Officer or Site Management.
- Serve as the secretary for the Project WSH Committee; communicate safety activities, required actions, and updates to staff and subcontractors.
- Conduct periodic site safety inspections to monitor compliance and recommend corrective measures.
- Assist the Safety Officer in enforcing statutory safety requirements, internal rules, and ISO/OHSAS standards.
- Support the Safety Officer in investigating accidents, incidents, or dangerous occurrences, and propose preventive measures.
