Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities Lead daily toolbox and weekly mass toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness and compliance on site Perform daily safety inspections and document findings with corrective actions in safety inspection checklists submitted to main and subcontractor safety departments Collaborate with main contractor safety personnel through joint safety inspections, prepare detailed safety reports, and participate in scheduled coordination meetings Calculate and submit daily manpower reports to support project tracking and resource allocation Identify unsafe acts and conditions on project sites and recommend practical measures to mitigate risks and enhance workplace safety Partner with risk assessment teams to develop and implement risk assessments prior to commencing new tasks Create, evaluate, and enforce workplace risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment Deliver in-house safety training programs for new employees to ensure understanding of safety protocols Conduct jo...
