NRS is seeking Safety Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day tasks in our North Bergen location.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all safety related files.Learn how to navigate the Hyster Tracker SystemProvide Training and Certify Forklift Operators on written and driving testSends out reports via email on facility housekeeping audits, weekly safety reports, OSHA trainings, safety committee minutes, monthly inspections fire extinguishers, lighting & fans, weekly MHE hours, monthly MHE hours.Help Safety Manager Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to comply with company policies.Provides Safety Training to Forklift Operators based on IRC determinations on weekly basis.Attend safety meetings given by agencies on monthly basis and this includes changing schedule hours to meet the business need.Conducts along with ...
