Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Safe Haven Team Lead to supervise and support a small team of Mental Health Crisis Support Workers within our Safe Haven Service: our out-of-hours support service for those experiencing a mental health crisis.
Contract Type: Permanent role- Location:Â Aylesbury, with flexibility to travel to High Wycombe as needed.
Salary: £29,795 FTE plus enhanced hours payment of 30% on top of normal hourly rate for hours worked between 11pm-12am. This calculates as an actual payment of £10,951.67 including the enhanced hours based on the hours below.
