YOUR ROLE

As Assistant Chef de Cuisine, you will play a key role in shaping the day‑to‑day success of Dai Pai Dong. You will lead kitchen operations during your shift, ensuring every dish reflects authenticity, consistency, and creativity. Supporting the Chef de Cuisine, you will contribute to menu development, team leadership, and overall kitchen performance—helping maintain the restaurant’s position as one of Abu Dhabi’s leading Chinese dining destinations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead kitchen operations during your shift, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
• Supervise and support kitchen associates, providing hands‑on guidance and training
• Oversee key sections including dim sum and Chinese BBQ, maintaining high standards of authenticity
