About The Role
The tokenization of real-world assets is the most structurally significant change coming to institutional finance in this decade. The RWA Structuring Lead translates the structuring requirements of institutional asset owners into protocol-level specifications—mapping SPVs, ABS structures, and institutional fund vehicles onto MLS token standards.
What You Will Own- Design compliant tokenized asset structures for MWS clients across real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense
- Work with issuers and their legal counsel to translate existing asset structures into MLS-compatible tokenization frameworks
- Define legal and structural requirements for each MWS asset class with the Head of Legal
- Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective MWS issuers
