- Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
- Inspect materials and workmanship.
- Prepare progress reports for their clients.
- Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
- Represent clients on construction sites.
Requirements
- Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES or ACES
- Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate
- Min. 3 years of working experience in Residential development
- Must be willing to do shift work
- Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
- Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
