  • Part-time (60%), permanent position

  • Base salary will be in the range $106,709 - $116,198 + 17% super (HEW Level 7) 

  • – occasional travel to other Rural Clinical School locations may be required.

As the Regional Training Hubs (RTH) Coordinator, you will lead the coordination, evaluation and reporting of initiatives that support medical students and junior doctors to pursue rural and regional careers.

    Working with academic, clinical and professional staff across Southern Queensland, Wide Bay and Central Queensland, you will drive stakeholder engagement, oversee program reporting, support specialist training initiatives, and translate data into meaningful insights that inform future workforce development and improve health outcomes for regional communities. ...
