Responsibilities

Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. Develop detailed programming specifications, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages. Apply general skills in programming and analysis; provide specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level. Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle, using structured methodologies for development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications. Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using object- and third-generation language development tools, one or more programming languages, and common database technologies.
