- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG III on IBM AS400
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver effective software solutions
- Develop, test, and deploy new features and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, QA teams, and end users throughout the project lifecycle
