Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
