Root Cause Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Systematically investigate the root cause of failures within Technology New Zealand
• Identify failures, run RCA sessions, develop RCA Summary reports and provide analysis/insights on divisional themes and learning
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Investigations across Technology NZ for incidents, risk events, control ineffectiveness, delivery failure and anywhere else in Technology that RCA is required
• Ensure root causes and material contributing causes are identified, and remediation actions are defined
• Drive effective remediation, by ensuring actions focus on hard controls, are appropriately prioritised and tracked through to completion
• Embed divisional learning by looking at a holistic view of siloed Technology NZ failures, identifying commonalities and turning insights into effective controls and governance
