Job Description
A luxury 4 Star game lodge in the Eastern Cape is seeking an experienced and hands-on Rooms Division Manager to oversee all Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest operational standards, and leading the Rooms Division team. This role is suited to a hospitality professional with extensive game lodge experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service within a luxury safari environment.
REQUIREMENT:

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager within a 4 Star or 5 Star game lodge essential
- Extensive experience within the game lodge industry essential
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
