You have a passion for serving people and creating extraordinary experiences through genuine hospitality and superior service to our guests! The Room Server is responsible for assembling and delivering orders to the guest room.
As a Room Service Server, you will offer world class customer service in greeting and serving our guests food and/or beverage through Room Service delivery. Responsible for assembling and delivering orders to the guest room.
Position is Part Time. Shift is 6:15 a.m. – 1:30 pm- SAT/SUN (may also include other days when coverage is needed. Opportunity to cross train in other F&B areas)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answer phone and greet guests with a smile and ascertain their dining needs
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders ...
