Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect and restock guest supplies to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 02 years experience in housekeeping or similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
