Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. You will take pride in your work and play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms in line with hotel brand standards
• Ensure beds, bathrooms, and living areas are presented immaculately
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies as required
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and housekeeping pantries
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards
• Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
