Overview
A Room Attendant (also known as a Housekeeper or Room Cleaner) is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms in hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. Their duties are focused on providing an excellent experience for guests by ensuring that their rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and presentable.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning Guest Rooms:
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers/tubs.
