Job Description
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, tea, coffee, and amenities
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and ready on time
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly
- Assist in cleaning public areas when required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper or cleaner. Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or serviced apartments is preferred.
