Responsibilities
- Lead the rooftop kitchen team with confidence, energy and a hands‑on attitude
- Build a vibrant rooftop menu made for sharing, sipping and long summer nights
- Oversee daily production, prep and service with a focus on speed and quality
- Maintain all hygiene and safety standards without compromise
- Manage stock, purchasing and supplier relations for a high‑volume space
- Control food costs and track waste to keep the rooftop efficient and profitable
- Bring a guest‑facing mindset and connect with guests whenever the moment calls
Qualifications
- You have solid experience leading a high‑volume kitchen, ideally with outdoor or rooftop service
- You bring creativity, flair and a love for fresh, crowd‑pleasing dishes
