EXP is currently seeking a Roofing Technologist/Associate to join our dynamic Building Science Division in our Brampton, ON office. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of technical work related to roof consulting as it relates to new construction, assessment and restoration projects, including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below.

- Conduct roof condition assessments and prepare assessment reports
- Review new roof installations and reroofing of existing buildings and prepare field observation reports
- Assist in preparation of drawings and specifications for reroofing projects
