Job Description
Are you an experienced roofer looking for a role where your skills make a real difference to people’s homes and lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Roofer (Repairs & Voids) to join our team and deliver an outstanding repairs service to our customers.
Role and responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roofing repairs and maintenance across our properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard first time.
Working as part of a wider repairs team, you’ll support other trades where needed while delivering excellent customer service to our tenants.
- Carry out all aspects of roofing repairs and maintenance, including pitched and flat roofs, tiling and guttering
- Complete additional works such as damp and mould treatment, void clearance and flood repairs
