Robotics Software Solutions Engineer (AGVs/CANbus)

Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a fast growing provider of specialist autonomous robotics software and equipment seeking a dynamic, solutions engineer to act as the company’s primary technical presence on customer sites. With an excellent package on offer this is a great opportunity for a systems engineer with a background in robotics and hands‑on experience with CAN bus protocols and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the integration of the business’s product range into customers’ fleets of AGV’s and AMR’s across the UK and Europe


• Serving as the company’s primary technical presence on site, ensuring the customers achieve full safety compliance using the company’s systems


• Advising on the integration of the company’s system offerings inclusive of CAN bus topology, wiring schematics and API integration


• Conducting design reviews and site surveys throughout the sales process
