About the Role
The Digital Transformation Cell is hiring two AI & Process Automation Trainees to take our work directly to the plants. You will spend significant time at Kores manufacturing sites — understanding how processes actually run today, mapping them as flowcharts and SOPs, identifying where AI and automation can take real work off plant teams' plates, and then building and rolling out those solutions.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you own a problem discovery through SOP, build, training and adoption. You will use AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilot...
